CBS Butler is seeking an experienced Database Administrator to oversee Oracle and SQL Server databases in a secure enterprise environment in the UK.

The role is based in Manchester or Barrow-in-Furness with a hybrid pattern (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) on a 3-month initial contract.

You will monitor performance, ensure availability and implement upgrades, backups, DR and HA solutions such as Oracle Data Guard, RAC and SQL Server Always On.

Active SC clearance is essential.
