We're looking for an experienced Ping ID Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join a major enterprise programme focused on strengthening Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities.
This is a fully remote contract offering the opportunity to work on a large-scale security transformation, implementing and enhancing authentication solutions within a complex technical environment.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Implementing, configuring, and supporting Ping ID authentication solutions.
- Designing, deploying, and maintaining Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) capabilities.
- Integrating applications with Ping Identity technologies.
- Troubleshooting authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), and access management issues.
- Supporting ongoing Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation initiatives.
- Working closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure authentication services.
- Ensuring solutions meet security standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Producing technical documentation and supporting knowledge transfer activities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Ping ID within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Ping Identity technologies.
- Hands-on experience with MFA, SSO, and identity federation.
- Experience integrating applications using SAML, OAuth, and Open ID Connect (OIDC).
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical teams.
