IAM Service Lead
\nLocation: On-site, Inverness (IV2).
Start: ASAP.
Contract: Initial 6 months.
Rate: up to £473/day
A high-impact contract opportunity for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Service Lead to take ownership of IAM service delivery-driving SLA performance, robust governance, and continuous improvement across a complex environment.
What you'll be doing\n\n

- \n
- Lead end-to-end IAM service delivery (SLAs, BAU performance, service reporting) \n
- Own incident & problem management for IAM, ensuring rapid, effective resolution \n
- Define and improve IAM policies, standards, and processes to meet security/compliance needs \n
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to integrate IAM across platforms \n
- Coach/lead the IAM team and raise operational maturity and service quality \n
\nWhat you'll bring\n
\n
\n
- \n
- Proven experience leading IAM in a large/complex organisation \n
- Strong hands-on knowledge of IAM protocols/standards: LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect \n
- Track record managing service operations (incidents, problems, SLAs, stakeholder comms) \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to juggle competing priorities \n
- Certifications (preferred): CISSP/CISM/IAM-related \n

- Cloud IAM experience, automation/Scripting, multi-region IAM rollouts, regulatory exposure \n
