A high-impact contract opportunity for an experienced Identity Access Management (IAM) Service Lead to take ownership of IAM service delivery, driving SLA performance, robust governance, and continuous improvement across a complex environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end IAM service delivery (SLAs, BAU performance, service reporting)
- Own incident problem management for IAM, ensuring rapid, effective resolution
- Define and improve IAM policies, standards, and processes to meet security/compliance needs
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to integrate IAM across platforms
- Coach/lead the IAM team and raise operational maturity and service quality
What you'll bring:
