You'll own day-to-day support and improvement of on-prem IAM services to keep authentication, authorisation, and access controls running securely and reliably.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting and troubleshooting on-prem IAM platforms (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP and related services)
- Monitoring performance, diagnosing incidents, and driving fixes to reduce downtime
- Handling user provisioning/de-provisioning, access changes and audits
