CBS Butler is seeking an experienced Human Factors Consultant to support Defence programmes. This role involves delivering Human Factors Engineering throughout the systems engineering lifecycle, performing various analyses and assessments, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Human Factors methodologies within Defence or safety-critical sectors and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Hybrid and remote work options are available for this contract position, which initially runs for 6-12 months with a competitive hourly rate.
