We're looking for a Field Service Engineer with strong MoD experience to deliver maintenance, upgrades, and technical support for high-value systems used in critical operational environments. You'll work hands-on with hardware, Windows Server, VMware, Firewalls, Routers, and secure networks, both on customer sites and remotely. This is a highly customer-facing role involving regular travel across the UK, occasional trips to Europe, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rota (1 week in 4).
What You'll Need:
- Experience working with the UK MoD or defence sector
- Strong infrastructure and networking knowledge (Windows Server, VMware, Firewalls, LAN/WAN/VLAN)
- SC Clearance and eligibility to obtain DV
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- CCNA, ITIL, Linux, or crypto device experience
- Electronic Warfare or military background
