The role:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for end-user computing devices, workplace technologies, and associated IT services.
- Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring excellent customer service while adhering to service level agreements.
- Device build and roll out.
- Assist users in day-to-day troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT Equipment.
- Both software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Onsite datacenter assistance hands and eyes.
Essential knowledge:
- 1-2 years' experience in an IT support or technical support role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
- Basic Active Directory experience.
- Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- SC Clearance.

- ITIL Foundation certification.
