We are looking for an experienced Interactive DCL/GUI Script Developer to join a specialist technical team supporting and enhancing manufacturing systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong scripting, SQL, and troubleshooting skills who enjoys working with complex legacy environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and support Interactive DCL and/or GUI scripts.
- Debug and maintain undocumented scripts and files.
- Write and optimise SQL queries.
- Create DataLink queries, sorts, and joins.
- Investigate issues and distinguish between Sector7 application bugs and inherent system limitations.
- Provide ongoing support for production-critical applications.
Essential Skills:
- Developing and supporting Interactive DCL scripts.
- PROMIS application support, including: Creating and moving lots, changing equipment states, DataLink queries, sorts, and joins.
