Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a close-knit team dedicated to producing high-quality transmission components, primarily for the motorsport and aerospace industries.
- Operate and set up 3x Mazak Integrex i-200-ST Multi Axis Machining Centres.
- Produce components according to drawings and planning route cards to meet the highest quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Take a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement within the team.
- Demonstrate expertise with Mazak/Fanuc controls, with a preference for Mazatrol programming experience.
- Adapt to different manufacturing areas, including experience with Mazak VariAxis i500/i600 machines, and setting/operating two-axis CNC Lathe machines.
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary to meet project delivery dates.
- Ability to read and understand programs, and the capability to edit programs and adjust speeds and feeds when required.
