Key Responsibilities:

  • System Installation:

    Collaborate with contractors and technicians to ensure the proper installation of BMS components, sensors, controllers, and associated equipment.Verify that the installed hardware and wiring conform to design specifications and industry standards.

  • System Configuration:

    Program and configure the BMS software to control and monitor building systems in line with the project\’s requirements and design documents.Fine-tune and optimize control sequences to achieve energy efficiency and occupant comfort goals.

  • Testing and Verification:

    Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to verify the functionality of the BMS.Identify and rectify any issues or discrepancies in the system\’s performance.

  • Documentation:

    Create detailed commissioning reports and documentation outlining the BMS configuration, test results, and any issues or discrepancies found during commissioning.Maintain accurate records of changes, configurations, and updates.

  • Training:
