You will join a global IT Consultancy delivering digital transformation to a public sector body. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll be instrumental in shaping innovative Salesforce solutions. This opportunity offers a flexible hybrid working model, enabling you to work remotely across the UK with occasional travel to client sites in Belfast - primarily in the first month for onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with client needs, adhering to best practices and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients to gather detailed requirements, define technical solutions, and support successful deployment and user adoption.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, utilizing tools such as Jira.
- Manage client relationships with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and delivering value-driven outcomes.
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews, enforce development standards, and pursue continuous improvements in development processes.

Your skills and experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Proven experience working within Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
