About the role
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Receptionist, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a guest experience, you’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in the hotel.
Some of the duties you’ll undertake in this varied role include:
- Telephone enquiries
- Reservations
- Preparing invoices and taking payments from our guests
- Conducting end of shift/day banking
- Preparing for the shift ahead
About you
The Night Receptionist welcomes all guests and takes care of them from arrival through to departure. There will be a wide range of tasks to perform during the night shift, such as:
