Summary: The Launch Program Manager will play a critical role in the successful transition of new facilities from construction to operations. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the Global Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Launch Program, ensuring information is not lost and maximizing building user productivity. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing standardized processes, and driving consistent outcomes across all new facilities. The Launch Program team will grow and shrink depending on the number and scale of buildings to be launched.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the Global IFM Launch Program for new client facilities, adhering to established processes and timelines (24 - 3 months pre handover depending on scale).
- Partner with First Day of Business (FDOB) leads, client leadership, project and operations Pillar/Workstream Stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of the three core components of the program: CBRE's 'Campus Ready' concept (space, system, and service enablement), Stakeholder paths to FDOB (IT/AV/Security/Food/Fitness workstream enablement), Transition to Operations Strategy (TTO) and transparent progress tracking (Mobilisation Dashboard).
- Streamline communications, meetings, and information sharing between various teams involved in the launch process.
- Support efforts to minimize Day 2 project spend and fine-tune 3rd party service needs.
- Ensure alignment to broader client initiatives.
- Track and monitor program success metrics, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement processes, tools, and templates to support efficient and effective FDOB launches.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in project management, program management, or facilities management, preferably in a complex organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, management, business, operations).
- Experience launching new buildings.
- Strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices.
