The role: Engineering Technician β Plumber
The Engineering Technician β Plumber supports the Technical Supervisor and Area Operations Manager (AOM) by providing reactive and pre-planned maintenance services to building engineering systems at various sites, following laid down procedures and safe working practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing reactive repairs on water appliances and associated plant.
- Assisting on other site jobs within skill set as needed.
- Maintaining a professional image of CBRE and delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintaining professional and technical skills through personal development and lifelong learning.
Person Specification
- College or equivalent plumbing qualifications.
- 3-5 Yearsβ experience in a similar role.
- Experience working on boiler equipment.
- Experience working on sanitary equipment.
- Experience with commercial catering gas is a bonus.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Organised and disciplined with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
