Role Purpose

To develop and deliver a marketing strategy that includes social media, advertising, website management, PR, and onsite events. Building community connections and third-party relationships locally, liaising with tenants to promote offers. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Centre Manager and collaborates with BWP to ensure alignment of onsite activity, communications, and brand values.

The property is a medium-sized shopping centre in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will be part of a team of four, serving as an essential asset to the property, colleagues, clients, and occupiers.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

  • Support the delivery of the marketing strategy across all stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinate with external marketing partners to align activities with the asset strategy.
  • Implement and manage Affinity Staffordshire’s marketing initiatives.
  • Use ROI measurements to inform ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Organize key events and promotions aligned with asset milestones.

Finance

  • Manage marketing budgets with strict control.
