Join to apply for the Handyman role at CBRE. This role is based at our site in Warrington, England, United Kingdom. CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and apply paint, wallpaper and other finishes to surfaces
- Repair doors, tables and other general equipment
- Move and build equipment across the site
- Basic electrical works
- Liaise with client representatives with respect to maintenance and repair tasks
- Carry out other building and installation works as required
- Utilise PDA to complete works, key communications and updates
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations

- Monday to Friday

Experience Required
- Experience of working in a high-profile work environment
- A good attitude and willingness to learn is essential
