Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join the team located in Durham.
The job purpose is to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment and systems in accordance with agreed service levels, undertake small installation works and respond to site engineering emergencies.
Key Tasks
- Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical / Mechanical systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
- Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required calling relevant sub-contractors as required.
- Carry out all PPM maintenance as per the instruction set provided within Concept.
- Reporting of all PPM defects via client defect process and liaise with the supervisor of defect requirements.
- Ensure weekly equipment reports are updated with any change in status of equipment.
- Liaise with sub-contractors as required for repairs / quotations, monitoring performance of sub-contractor personnel. Ensuring works have been undertaken correctly and work area has been left in a satisfactory condition.
- Sign off completed PPM and reactive tasks via your PDA in line with client policies and procedures in a timely manner.
- Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and always promoted.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the client representative and client\βs personnel.
- Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required.
- To accurately maintain the site logs and associated paperwork.
- To be involved in call out rota if applicable
- Understand and maintain the all systems on site
- Liaise and work with other trade engineers to ensure electrical issues on all systems are attended to and resolved within SLA agreements
