Join CBRE UK as a Transaction Manager โ Occupier Accounts. The EMEA Transaction Management team develops property strategy and oversees transactions across EMEA for clients. Each Transaction Manager\โs role varies depending on the client account or portfolio.
Role Purpose
The role involves developing property strategy, overseeing transactions, and managing client relationships. Individual annual or project objectives are set out for each client.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop portfolio analysis to identify opportunities and risks, and provide advice to clients.
- Project initiation and business case development.
- Coordinate field resources and stakeholders in executing lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with Alliance Directors, field brokers, and internal CBRE teams.
- Collate comparable evidence, prepare Requests for Proposals, and develop broker\โs opinions of value.
- Develop and enhance client relationships by achieving client KPIs, regular meetings, and demonstrating value add.
- Operate within CBRE\โs and the client\โs guidelines, including the use of systems like OPUS.
Person Specification/Requirements
Technical & Operational
- Own responsibility for technical and/or service delivery for a small account or as a service line \โNo 2\โ on a large account.
- Own and manage specific client relationships, manage people, and handle contractual issues.
- Lead project analytics as part of a core program.
Client & Commercial Knowledge
- Accountable to clients at an account or service line level, managing delivery of relevant aspects of the service.
- Contribute to negotiations and develop plans to drive implementation of client strategy.
- Capable of leading client meetings and conflict resolution.
Company Knowledge
- Deep understanding of the TAP division at a local level, with knowledge of how the wider business interacts with various business lines.
- Use understanding of markets and anomalies to benefit internal networks and clients.
Business Development
- Provide value add to clients by understanding their needs and identifying solutions that generate additional revenue for TAP.
- May have individual revenue growth or new revenue targets, and contribute to larger-scale business development activity.
