Overview Senior Finance Manager, FP provide actionable insights to executive leadership. Direct the development of financial models to set priorities and standards for analytical depth and executive presentation. Review complex data analyses to ensure robust assumptions and synthesized results for comparability and executive decision-making. Own high-level analysis of key metrics from the top 15 countries, distill strategic findings, and frame recommendations for the executive team on profit margins, improvements, and growth opportunities. Supervise and approve the preparation of country diagnostic white papers, providing final review and presenting critical conclusions to senior leadership. Represent the function in executive-level discussions, communicating financial insights, recommendations, and implications with clarity and authority. Create and deliver executive-level summaries, translating complex financial analyses into strategic narratives for senior stakeholders. Advance reporting initiatives by spearheading enhancements and process improvements in collaboration with the Reporting Center of Excellence for global reporting accuracy and efficiency. What You\'ll Need Big 4 / ACA-qualified.* Master’s degree preferred, with emphasis on analytics, economics, or macroeconomics. Extensive experience in a global multinational business and with global leadership. Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL). Strong analytical skills, with a background in economics or macroeconomics preferred. Programming Skills (Python / SQL).
