We're hiring: **HR Business Partner & ER Lead — London Markets | UK&I Advisory**
This is a hands-on, dual-focus position for an HR professional who knows what it means to work inside a business that is measured on revenue. You will be the embedded HR partner for our London Markets team — you will support talent decisions, compensation cycles, performance calibration, and people risk in an environment where the people agenda has a direct line to commercial outcomes.
Alongside that, you will own Employee Relations across UK and Ireland. Complex cases, senior stakeholders, and a genuine expectation that you raise the standard around you.
**We are looking for someone who:**
- Demonstrable experience partnering with a revenue-generating or fee-making business line (for example: Financial services (investment banking, capital markets, or asset management etc), Management Consulting (partner-led, utilisation-driven), Legal (Magic Circle) or Accounting & Audit (revenue-per-partner models)
- Strong ER technical knowledge and the confidence to manage complex cases independently
- Gives clear advice under pressure and follows through on delivery
