- Monitor incoming transactions to ensure forecasts are correctly reconciled.
- Before raising any invoice, ensure the following are in place: correct entity and billing details, correct VAT details, Purchase Order number, and evidence of fee agreement to support documentation.
- Draft invoices promptly, targeting completion by week 2 of each month, using D365.
- Monitor the fee report daily during the last week of each month to reconcile the R&F and confirm IDAs and fee shares have landed.
- Compile, check, and submit Inter-Departmental Allocation (IDA) forms to other regions and London teams.
- Create and maintain projects in D365, including extending end dates and amending fee unit or managing office allocations.
