CBRE's Project Management & Building Consultancy Department provides support for real estate owners and occupiers in all strategic and technical matters of their properties. We offer tailor-made solutions for land development, construction fit-out, building operations and management taking care of our client’s objectives. We cover the entire property life cycle and offer technical expertise combined with specific property know-how, ensuring we achieve the best technical and commercial outcome for our clients.
This is a full-time role based in our Belfast office. The Chartered Building Surveyor will conduct building surveys, evaluate property conditions, and oversee contract management tasks. The role involves preparing detailed feasibility studies, managing building maintenance programs, and handling dilapidations matters. The successful candidate will engage with clients to provide strategic advice and ensure high-quality project delivery while complying with legal and professional standards.
