What You'll Do
- Front-of-House & Guest Experience
- Greet and assist employees, clients, and visitors professionally.
- Manage visitor registration and meeting room setups.
- Coordinate catering and provide concierge-style services.
- Facilities & Workplace Support
- Conduct daily workplace checks and escalate issues.
- Assist with event setups, office moves, and workstation arrangements.
- Manage supplies, deliveries, and helpdesk tickets.
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Support emergency procedures and safety standards.
- Report hazards and maintain cleanliness in shared areas.
- Administrative & Team Support
- Help with onboarding, maintain records, and support service requests.
What We're Looking For
