Shift Engineer – London\\n\\nJoin our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions\\n\\nWe're seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Engineer to join our team in London. As a Shift Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality maintenance services to our clients on there high end commercial sites.\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nAs a Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for:\\n\\n * Delivering routine planned preventative maintenance tasks across HV and LV distribution systems, plant and equipment, and HVAC mechanical cooling and heating systems\\n\\n * Monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS) for running and alarm conditions\\n\\n * Attending to air conditioning-related client issues\\n\\n * Conducting building walk-rounds, taking meter readings, and investigating faults\\n\\n * Preparing accurate and timely reports\\n\\n * Ensuring corrective and repair works are carried out in accordance with current regulations\\n\\n * Assisting with installation works and participating in emergency call-out rosters\\n\\n * Developing a comprehensive understanding of our portfolio buildings, their layouts, functions, and complexities\\n\\n * Building strong relationships with Facilities Managers, client staff, and representatives\\n\\n * Endorsing safe working practices, quality standards, and best practice methods\\n\\n * Volunteering ideas and initiatives to improve service levels and delivery\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * City & Guilds Electrical Competency Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent\\n\\n * Good building services knowledge and experience in critical environments\\n\\n * Excellent customer relationship skills\\n\\n * Working knowledge of "Permit to work" systems and technical drawings\\n\\n * Experience with CMMS and BMS systems\\n\\n * Time served electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience\\n\\n * Experience working in a banking environment or similar sector\\n\\n * HV switching qualification/experience\\n\\n * 17th Edition IEE Regulations\\n\\n * Experience with Microsoft Office applications\\n\\n * ACoPs L8\\n\\nWhat We Offer:\\n\\n * Competitive salary and benefits package\\n\\n * Opportunity to work with a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management\\n\\n * Collaborative and dynamic work environment\\n\\n * Professional development and growth opportunities\\n\\nIf you're a skilled and experienced Shift Engineer looking for a new challenge, apply now
