Job Title: QHSE Advisor CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a QHSE Advisor. The position reports to the QHSE Director and the role is key to supporting us to achieve and maintain statutory compliance across various categories on a national basis. You will provide specialist QHSE support to the BT operational teams and support the wider QHSE function. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure use of CBRE Safety recording system is up to date and the information within is correct Support the QHSE director with management reporting and updates as required to key internal and external stakeholders Be a point of contact for Management teams and support with any adhoc tasks and projects Incident investigations and reporting Supporting the audit the audit programme on the account Any other activity as instructed by the line manager relevant to the team-work output Liaise closely with site teams and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders Promote and maintain CBRE culture throughout teams Promote and maintain company culture throughout the team Effective communication with all levels of internal teams and external customers PERSON SPECIFICATION NEBOSH General certificate or equivalent Good basic education to GCSE (or equivalent standard), which will include an English and Maths qualification. Education to A-Level/HNC standard would be beneficial Very proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excel skills to include basic functions, v-lookups, etc. Experience of using SharePoint & Power BI would be beneficial Well-developed communication skills enabling the individual to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities Experience of auditing Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus and promote a sense of team spirit and good morale within the office Calm manner able to work under pressure and against rapidly changing demands and priorities Our mission: To build a world-class business through exceptional service and exceptional people
