CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global facilities management company, and we're looking for a Project Manager to join our team in [Minehead].

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing multiple small to large scale projects end to end
  • Surveying sites, scoping works, and producing accurate quotations
  • Planning programmes, leading site meetings, and driving delivery
  • Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to achieve consistent quality
  • Reviewing RAMS and championing health & safety excellence
  • Managing costs, variations, risks, and reporting to clients
  • Building strong, long‑term relationships with clients and supply partners

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Project Management role within delivering small or extra works
  • Strong knowledge of construction health & safety legislation
  • Confident managing subcontractors, costs, and programmes
  • Commercially aware and detail‑focused
  • Professional, customer‑focused, and a clear communicator
  • Comfortable using MS Project

Qualifications

  • CSCS and SMSTS (or equivalent)
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Asbestos Awareness (UKATA)
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
