Job Description
We are recruiting a Fabric Technician to join the team located in London.\\n \\nRole Summary: \\n\\nRespond to reactive works within the team\\nEnsure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales\\nLiaise with Clients representatives with respect to maintenance & repair tasks\\nUndertake site surveys & produce Works Requests, Method Statements & Risk Assessments for planned works\\nRepairs floor and wall coverings\\nResponsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements\\nResponsible for other building and installation works as required\\nAccountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU's / FCU's and Basic Plumbing requirements\\nUtilise PDA to complete works, key communications & updates\\nComplete reactive, PPM jobs & projects in a timely manner\\nUndertake minor projects works\\nEnsure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations\\nIn addition to the above duties you will be expected to undertake all reasonable tasks as directed by the Technical Services Manager\\n\\nExperience Required: \\n\\nPrevious Fabric, Carpentry experience\\nExperience of working in high profile work environment\\nCity & Guilds or NVQ Equivalent in carpentry\\nCurrent UKL driver's license\\nPC literate\\nGood Customer relationship skills\\nUnderstand and interpret technical drawings/instructions / processes\\nAble to organise self to manage assigned tasks, determine material requirements\\nExperience of H & S procedures & requirements. COSHH, Working at Heights, Risk Assessment etc\\nHealth & Safety Qualified i.e. IOSH and/or NEBOSH\\nMust be willing to work over & above contractual hours
