What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing multiple small to large scale projects end to end
- Surveying sites, scoping works, and producing accurate quotations
- Planning programmes, leading site meetings, and driving delivery
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to achieve consistent quality
- Reviewing RAMS and championing health & safety excellence
- Managing costs, variations, risks, and reporting to clients
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and supply partners
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Project Management role within delivering small or extra works
- Strong knowledge of construction health & safety legislation
- Confident managing subcontractors, costs, and programmes
- Commercially aware and detail-focused
- Professional, customer-focused, and a clear communicator
- Comfortable using MS Project
Qualifications
- CSCS and SMSTS (or equivalent)
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Asbestos Awareness (UKATA)
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
