\\n\\nJob Title: Lead Contract Support \\n \\nCBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Lead Contract Support to join the team located in Leeds. \\n \\nThe main responsibility of this role is to provide leadership to the Business Unit Contract Support team and financial and administrative support to the Finance & Contract Support Manager.

\\n\\nMain Duties and Responsibilities \\n\\nTo assist with the control of all financial and commercial aspects of contracts \\n\\nTo assist in the production of supporting financial information. \\n\\nTo maintain and update both manual and computer records relating to areas of which CBRE are responsible. \\n\\nTo prepare and issue predefined reports, which form part of the contract and customer requirement \\n\\nTo administer quality management system documentation and ensure compliance \\n\\nLiaise closely with the site team and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, time sheets and holiday records.

\\n\\nTo undertake general office duties relating to the contract including: \\n\\nCorrespondence and filing \\n\\nMinutes of meetings \\n\\nPreparation of reports and documentation \\n\\nUpdating of electronic records \\n\\nMaterial ordering and administration \\n\\nSubcontractor's administration \\n\\nRaising purchase orders and ensuring that purchase orders are updated when changes required. \\n\\nProduction of valuations and presentation of results \\n\\nContract renewal documentation \\n\\nProduction of short range plan information \\n\\nQuote logging and processing \\n\\nCollating timesheets from engineers, chasing and checking quality of data \\n\\nApplication billing preparation and billing of all Maintenance and Extra works through SAP Ariba \\n\\nContract escalation process \\n\\nTo undertake the training of staff as and when required. Run regular training gap reports from training tracker.

\\n\\nTo enable full auditable trails with, for example but not limited, to invoices, timesheets, material orders and goods received notes. \\n\\nTo be responsible for the commercial support on the contract through to final account. \\n\\nCollating and presenting portfolio reviews.

\\n\\nRun weekly aged debt report's and liaise with the client to resolve any issues. \\n\\nComplete month end reports for the finance manager. \\n\\nBook and arrange Travel for EMEA shutdowns through client's booking system.

\\n\\nCollating the monthly forecasting. \\n\\nCollate a monthly finance report for clients. \\n\\nRaise Annual Maintenance PO's.

\\n\\nPERSON SPECIFICATION \\n\\nA good basic education is essential, with at least GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent. \\n\\nHigher educational qualifications to 'A' level/HNC/D or degree would be beneficial or equivalent. \\n\\nAccounting qualification or interest to move in an Accounting & Finance direction.

\\n\\nGood PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint etc. – intermediate to advance level. \\n\\nMust demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus.

\\n\\nExcellent verbal and good basic standard of written communication skills. \\n\\nSelf-motivated and systematic. \\n\\nAble to prioritise demands and make decisions under pressure.

\\n\\nResults/ task orientated, attention to detail and accuracy. \\n\\nExcellent time management and organisational skills. \\n\\nCommitment to continuous improvement.

\\n\\nAbility to work as part of a team, as well as independently. \\n\\nReliable and committed. \\n\\nConfidential and discrete approach.

\\n\\nCalm manner, able to work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities. \\n\\nBe flexible to work outside core office hours from time to time. \\n\\nKnowledge of Anaplan is desired but not essential as training can be given
