We are recruiting an experienced Fabric Engineer to join the team located in Chester!
The Role:
Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.
Repairs floor & wall coverings.
Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required.
Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU\βs / FCU\βs and Basic Plumbing requirements
Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.
Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance.

Experience Required:
Experience of working in high profile work environment
Previous fabric experience advantageous
PC literate
Good Customer relationship skills
