Job Description
Acting as the central coordination point for finance administration, document control and workflow management, you will ensure the contract runs smoothly day‑to‑day. You will manage purchase orders, invoices, compliance documentation and financial reporting, while supporting engineers and the wider operational team to ensure KPIs and PPMs remain fully on track.\\n \\n This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with finance data, systems and engineers.\\n\\nRole Summary:\\n \\nAs a CBRE Contract Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function.
They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.\\n\\nRaise, manage and process purchase orders and invoices for the account.\\nTrack KPIs, SLAs and PPM performance and liaise with Engineers to ensure tasks are completed on time.\\nMaintain accurate documentation, compliance records and contract files.\\nRespond to finance queries including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and open PO reporting.\\nSupport monthly contract review packs, reporting and data consolidation.\\nCheck invoice accuracy including coding, margins and billing before submitting to clients.\\nCoordinate subcontractors and ensure all paperwork, inductions and compliance requirements are completed.\\nAssist operational teams with quotes, purchase orders and service delivery queries.\\nPromote a safe working environment and assist with Health & Safety reporting.\\nAct as a primary point of contact for client queries, providing excellent customer service.\\nExperience Required:\\n\\nExperience within a finance, administrative or contract support role (FM experience desirable).\\nStrong understanding of financial processes, invoicing and purchase order workflows.\\nExcellent IT skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.\\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.\\nConfident communicator who can simplify and explain complex information.\\nStrong numerical ability, capable of calculating percentages, margins and mark‑ups.\\nProactive, reliable and able to work independently and as part of a wider team
