The role of CAFM Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling Service Engineers across the site, managing resources to optimise performance, recognising and considering skills, availability and location. The Role To schedule all reactive and planned work to the correct resource, paying attention to response targets, geographical locations and technical expertise. Asset verification across the system and estate Updating of new assets and PPM changes Task set descriptions to be reviewed and aligned to manufacturers guidelines and industry standard (SFG20) To train operational teams in the CAFM system Performance Monitoring of the system to include audits The collection and provision of data to all maintenance operations and issuing of performance reports Assist Managers with implementing procedural changes and training, including the production and maintenance of required documentation. Maintain an effective filing system for all documentation related to the CAFM System, not limited to performance reports on jobs completed in time, outstanding and overdue. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team! Details Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm Early finish Fridays! Site based. Qualifications & Experience Strong customer focus, taking a positive approach to the Company ethos of continual improvement. A strong communicator who will build positive relationships at various levels. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. FM knowledge advantageous.
