\\n\\nJob Title: Business Unit Sales Coordinator \\n \\nCBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Business Unit Sales Coordinator to join the team located in London.\\n\\nAs a BUSC you will provide flexible and proactive administrative and sales support to the Business Unit Leader (BUL) and Business Development Manager (BDM), helping to drive business development, coordinate team activities, and maintain a positive team culture.\\n\\nRole Summary:\\n\\nSupport the sales pipeline and help manage bids, proposals, and related documentation (e.g., RFPs, RFIs, ITTs).\\nAssist in pricing and working with subcontractors for sales opportunities.\\nSchedule and coordinate sales meetings and calls for senior team members.\\nTrack and ensure timely completion of pre-qualification questionnaires.\\nSupport mobilisation of new contracts when needed.\\nOrganise monthly Business Unit Review Packs and track team performance.\\nManage diaries, travel, and emails for the BUL; support with ad hoc admin tasks.\\nCoordinate annual contract review meetings and audit schedules.\\nMaintain QHSE reporting and compliance records.\\nTrack senior team holidays and absences.\\nOrganise occasional team events and contribute to team culture and communication.\\nCollaborate with managers to support team development and share best practices with other coordinators.\\nPromote CBRE's RISE values and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.\\nKey Skills and Attributes:\\n\\nStrong organisational and multitasking skills.\\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\\nConfident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\\nDetail-oriented with good numeracy and analytical skills.\\nExperience Required:\\n\\nExperience in a similar administrative or sales support role, preferably in a medium-sized business.\\nGCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths (required); further education is a plus.\\nConfident working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple tasks at once.\\n Reporting Lines:\\n\\nReports to: Business Unit Leader and Business Development Manager.\\nWorks closely with: Sales, Operations, and wider Business Unit team
