CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an experienced Caretaker to join the team located in Bradford!
The Role:
- Moving furniture across site.
- Take down wall hangings, shelves & posters.
- Break down & build furniture after move or when new.
- Painting / decorating of offices & classrooms.
- Tidying & cleaning of open areas.
- Assist with waste management collections & recycling.
- Driving the van between sites during a move.
- Escort contractors round site.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team! A driving licence is essential for this role.
Working Hours:
8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime available!
Experience Required:
- Experience of working in high profile work environment.
- A good attitude & willingness to learn is essential.
- PC literate.
- Good customer relationship skills.
