We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the team located in Birmingham! The Role: Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems. Weekly PPMs such as fire alarm tests, emergency light tests & hazard checks. Repairs floor & wall coverings. Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required. Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU's / FCU's and Basic Plumbing requirements Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. Oversee and liaise with contractors across site. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs. Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team! We offer training and development within this role. Working Hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday Overtime available!
