Job Title: Assistant Facilities Manager
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are completed effectively and in line with established procedures.
Role Summary:
- Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure that procedures, policies, and reporting formats are implemented and followed.
- Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
- Collect information and reports to determine performance and progress status.
- File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
- Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling processes.
- Follow instructions, correspondence, and memos, seeking clarification when required.
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co–workers, and supervisors.
- Use existing procedures to resolve straightforward issues with limited discretion.
- Deliver work by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- Contribute through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks.
Experience Required:
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic mathematical skills with the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and mark–ups.
