- General fabric maintenance and building repairs
- Carpentry, flooring, ceiling and wall covering repairs
- Basic plumbing and lighting maintenance
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Minor project work and site surveys
- Maintaining strong client relationships and service standards
- Previous fabric maintenance or carpentry experience
- City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent in Carpentry
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong customer service skills
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- IOSH/NEBOSH desirable
