Responsibilities
- Conduct general preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of plumbing and mechanical systems, including water and medical gas supply.
- Efficiently repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot various plumbing fixtures, valves, and outlets to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain waste and vent lines using specialized tools like plumber's snakes, vacuum plungers, and jet washers.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors on projects requiring plumbing expertise, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Perform plumbing safety inspections and preventive maintenance on backflow devices (with appropriate certifications).
