Are you a proactive, hands-on individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We\’re looking for a Facilities Management Operative to join our team and help ensure the smooth running of our occupied sites.
As a Facilities Management Operative, you\’ll be the face of our FM function on site. You\’ll take pride in your work, liaise with employees and contractors, and ensure that day-to-day operations run efficiently. From managing post and contractor inductions to minor repairs and inspections, you\’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- + Manage internal and external post on site.
- + Conduct and record contractor and visitor inductions.
- + Liaise with CBRE teams and contractors to resolve reactive issues.
- + Carry out site inspections and elevate concerns to the Regional Manager.
- + Deliver high levels of customer service and elevate building concerns to the client team.
- + Perform basic cleaning tasks (e.g., topping up consumables, emptying bins).
- + Carry out minor fabric, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.
- + Assist with fire alarm tests and other reasonable tasks logged via the CAFM system.
