- Responding to breakdown maintenance requests within SLA timelines
- Diagnosing and repairing modular UPS systems and power quality issues
- Monitoring and maintaining critical systems in trading environments
- Conducting emergency response and standby duties
- Performing site surveys, producing method statements and risk assessments
- Installing and upgrading plant and equipment
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with financial and safety processes
- Supporting the Facilities Management Team with technical insights and recommendations
- 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations
- Full High Voltage Authorisation (S4) or equivalent
- Experience in testing and inspecting electrical systems
- Strong understanding of critical environments and risk-focused maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH / NEBOSH, COSHH, Risk Assessments, etc.), Experience with BMS, HVAC, VAV, FCU systems, and chilled water circuits
- Familiarity with CDM processes and water hygiene (L8)
- Previous Authorised Person (e.g., AP15 / 12) status
