CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Multi‑Skilled Engineer to support a large industrial site in Nottinghamshire. This role involves providing electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant, machinery, and building services to ensure safe, reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
- Preventative and reactive maintenance, improving equipment performance and reliability
- Working on motors, drives, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Supporting health & safety through risk assessments, permits, and compliance documentation
- Using CAFM systems and mobile devices to manage maintenance tasks
- Liaising with site services, clients, and supervising contractors
- Supporting the team as a responsible person and deputising for the Shift Leader when required
- Working overtime, including weekends, as business needs require
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Time‑served or recognised engineering apprenticeship
- Strong building maintenance or FM experience
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
- 18th edition
- Ability to write Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Permits to Work
Desirable
- Working at Height, IPAF, or AP qualifications
