About The Role?
You’ll be far more than the first face people see, you will be the heartbeat of our lobby. In this high-visibility role, you’ll blend high touch service with proactive floor leadership:
- Run daily team huddles, build smart rotas, and coach junior team members to deliver unforgettable guest journeys.
- Deliver a tailored, world-class welcome to every client, VIP, and candidate walking through our doors.
- Keep our front-of-house, meeting suites, and executive areas in pristine, brand-aligned condition.
- Tackle day-to-day operational hiccups and vendor coordination with confidence and autonomy.
- Oversee seamless access control and keep security standards locked down.
What We’re Looking For?
- 2–3+ years delivering exceptional service across luxury hotels, high-end retail, corporate headquarters, or tech environments.
