We are recruiting an Assistant Building Manager to join the team in Manchester.**About the Role:**As a CBRE Assistant Building Manager, you will supervise a team responsible for the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities.This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.**What You’ll Do:**• Work with multiple Market Leaders to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.• Verify the database of vendor management information is accurate and up to date.• Review and approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables, and contract execution process.• Ensure service and support provided by the team is consistent and timely.• Responsible for review of data integrity across systems.• Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and QHSE regulations.• Assist with the development of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.• Participate in the internal audit process i.e. ISO Audits, LEED/WELL, CBRE QHSE Audits, etc.• To carry out regular inspection audits of the site core areas, including quality standards, QHSE, and any other client requirements.**What You’ll Need:**• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.• IOSH Managing Safely, or experience in monitoring Health & Safety compliance obligations• Experience working with BMS & CMMS Systems• Building Regulation Knowledge i.e. LOLER, PUWER, Work at Height, Fire Safety etc• Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
