Reports to: Global Project Lead

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Global Project Lead, the Project Transformation Lead designs and delivers the transformation programme for the account. This strategic, commercially driven role requires proven experience in implementing transformational change within complex, multi-site facility management (FM) or professional services environments. The successful candidate will possess the vision and drive to elevate the account to the next level of operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transformation Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of the transformation programme, ensuring alignment with client objectives and CBRE strategic priorities.
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and own the transformation roadmap, setting clear milestones, KPIs, and governance frameworks to deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor and positioning CBRE as an innovative partner.
  • Operating Model Design: Drive the redesign of the technical and FM services operating model, embedding best-practice processes and continuous improvement disciplines.
  • Commercial Management: Identify and deliver cost efficiencies, revenue growth opportunities, and value-added initiatives within the transformation programme.
  • Technology and Innovation: Champion technology solutions that drive operational efficiency, data-led decision-making, and enhanced client experience in line with CBRE digital strategy.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven track record leading large-scale transformation in complex, multi-site environments.
  • Strong knowledge of FM, technical services, and professional services operating models.
  • Senior and executive stakeholder management experience.
  • Commercial acumen, including budget management and financial target delivery.
  • Change management skills, with the ability to engage and inspire at all levels.
  • Programme and project management proficiency (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile).
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to translate complex data into clear insight and action.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-side or outsourced service delivery experience.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience working with major financial services accounts.
  • Professional qualifications (RICS, IWFM, APM, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
  • CAFM, BMS, or IoT technology implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of CBRE service delivery models and systems.
  • Experience at a flagship headquarters or major urban campus environment.
