About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead with Vision: Identify and specify project opportunities while delivering on contractual commitments for secured projects.

Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Building Services, or equivalent.
- Proven track record in Project Management, particularly in Office Fit-out projects.
- Strong team player with excellent client-facing abilities.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, IT, security, and plumbing installations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Demonstrated analytical skills, judgment, and initiative.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills at all levels, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
