Who You Are:

You are a proactive individual, organised to perfection, naturally inquisitive, and ready to lead by example, embodying the CBRE RISE values. You bring 2-3 years of relevant job-related experience. You possess a solid understanding of standard engineering principles and adeptly use existing procedures to solve complex problems with clarity and efficiency. You’re proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable handling intermediate math, including financial calculations and percentages. You thrive on being on the move, comfortably climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting or carrying loads of 50 lbs or more when needed. You exchange information clearly and precisely, asking insightful questions and ensuring mutual understanding across all team interactions.
