We are seeking an experienced Head of Projects (HoP) with a strong Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) background to lead our projects function and drive continued growth within our business unit.
The Role
As Head of Projects, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant and profitable delivery of all projects across the account. You will oversee a team of Project Managers, develop a strong sales pipeline, and ensure all work is completed to the highest technical, commercial and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‐performing projects team.
- Secure and deliver projects on time, within budget and to CBRE quality standards.
- Drive business development, identifying new opportunities and growing the project pipeline.
- Build strong client and supply chain relationships to support innovative project solutions.
- Ensure all projects meet statutory, QHSE and contractual requirements.
- Oversee financial performance, P&L responsibility, forecasting and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Proven project leadership experience in M&E, FM, construction or critical environments.
- Strong technical background with a recognised qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Experience managing bids, tenders and full project lifecycles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage risk and deliver commercial results.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‐building skills.
