About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring compliance processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain standards and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the compliance inbox and process requests and documentation accurately.
- Update tracking documents and process tasks from service completion to billing stage.
- Liaise with internal engineering teams and contractors to ensure compliance.
- Schedule and monitor subcontractor visits, updating the client's CAFM system.
- Ensure all works are planned and completed on time.
- Investigate and report on contractor performance.
What We're Looking For

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience coordinating and understanding Compliance in an FM environment.
