We’re seeking a Project Site Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the planning and safe delivery of a variety of projects across client sites. This is a hands-on role where you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of project works, including programme management, QHSE compliance, and contractor supervision.
- Act as Principal Contractor under CDM 2015 and The Building Safety Act 2022.
- Oversee site operations, including inductions, toolbox talks, inspections, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and supply partners to ensure efficient implementation.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure smooth handover processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Support business development by identifying project opportunities within client portfolios.
What we’re looking for:
Experience: Minimum 5 years proven site management experience in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments.
Skills: Strong organisational, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to deliver stretching on time and budget.
Knowledge: Competent in Health & Safety legislation; electrical and/or mechanical experience.
Qualifications: Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical. CSCS card holder.
Desirable: CDM 2015, NEBOSH, SMSTS, IOSH.
Circumstances: Ability to travel nationally and work outside normal hours when required.
